How to make an appointment with the CAF ?

If you have a doubt or a problem concerning the CAF benefits, you should not wait to contact them! Indeed, the appointment process can be long in case of busy periods.

We explain how to do it:

1. Log on to the CAF website
2. Go to the section "My CAF".
3. Click on "Contact my CAF".
4. Then on "Make an appointment".
5. Choose the reason for your request
6. Choose a time and a place for your CAF appointment
   You will have the choice between 3 modes of appointment, in person, by call or by video

You will receive an SMS/E-mail a few days before your appointment, don't forget it!

The CAF agents may not know how to speak English, so I advise you to bring a friend if you don't speak French.
