What do I have to pay for the first time to get accommodation 💰?

You just booked a room/house and wonder how much you have to pay?

First, you need to make sure if you have any fees collected by Livinfrance or the owner as well. 

It all depends on when your lease starts. Rent is always paid proportionally.
Meaning that if your lease starts on June 10th, you will pay from June 10th to June 30th.

The first amount you will have to send is:

1. Proportional cost of your rent
+
2. Deposit

We highly recommend Wise or Azimo to pay your landlord for the first time from abroad.

 A French bank account, once you are here in France, is also the best way to pay your rent!
If you open it with BNP, you will get 80€ on your bank account :D
