Here is the key information you need to know regarding the refund of your Livinfrance accommodation certificate.

First of all, you need to check whether you are eligible for a refund of the accommodation certificate. We will proceed with the refund only if the visa refusal is related to accommodation.

Our refund policy is simple:

A full refund of the accommodation certificate can be requested only in the event of a visa refusal under Reason No. 5. An official document from the embassy will be required.
If your visa refusal includes multiple reasons (and not exclusively Reason No. 5), no refund can be granted.
Your accommodation certificate must have been effectively used in your visa application for the refund to be accepted.
The accommodation certificate must still be valid* at the time the refund request is submitted.

If you meet the refund conditions, you can select Reason No. 5 and click on “Request a refund” to start your request.

You will then just need to send us the official refusal letter from the embassy.

⚠️ The refusal letter must be official: it must include the embassy’s letterhead, your personal details, as well as the stamp and signature of the officer who handled your application.

*The validity period of the accommodation certificate is 45 days after purchase.
