What payment methods are accepted to book a room?
At Livinfrance, we make payments simple, secure, and transparent so you can move forward with peace of mind. In this article, discover the available options and what to do if you don’t have a bank card in your name.
To ensure the security of all transactions on our platform, Livinfrance only accepts two payment methods:

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

These options are the most reliable and secure, allowing for quick processing of your request.
What if I don’t have a bank card?
No worries!
If you don’t have a bank card in your name, you can use a card from someone close to you (family, friend, etc.) to make the payment. Just make sure the person agrees and that all the entered information is correct.
The payment will still be linked to your Livinfrance account, even if the card used does not belong to you.
Non-accepted payment methods
At the moment, we cannot accept:

Bank transfers

Cash payments

Western Union or other similar money transfer services
These methods are not compatible with our secure and automated system.
