When do I need to sign my contract and make the payment?

Signing your rental contract ✍️

Once your landlord contacts you by email and sends your lease agreement as an attachment, you have:

✅ A maximum of 72 hours to sign your rental contract.

We strongly recommend signing it as soon as possible to secure your accommodation and avoid any automatic cancellation.

Payment of your first rent and security deposit 💸

After signing your contract, you must proceed with the payment of:

Your first month’s rent
Your security deposit
Landlord fees

Payment must be made exclusively by bank transfer.

Depending on the landlord, you will either receive a separate email with the bank details, or the bank information will be included directly in the email containing your contract.

⚠️ Once the contract is signed, the payment must be made as soon as possible, with a maximum delay of 2 days.

In all cases, we strongly advise you to initiate the transfer immediately after signing. International bank transfers can take several business days to be processed, so paying as early as possible is essential to avoid any delay or risk of cancellation.

We strongly recommend planning this as early as possible.
