The CROUS is on holiday, what should I do?

CROUS is an organization with people who work there and these people take vacations, often at the end of July-beginning of August and therefore are no longer available to answer you during a certain period 😉

And that's why we encourage you to make your request as early as possible!

How to do when the CROUS is vacation, and you have questions then?

There are several solutions, depending on your question:

1 - You have questions about the residence (address, accommodations...) go to the page of your residence where you will find the contact information

2 - If you have a question about payments, you have to fill in the contact form of your CROUS > Contact form

3 - For any technical problem, you have to fill in a contact form.

4 - If your question is about housing, unfortunately you will have to be patient because your file will not progress until the CROUS employees come back
