Who is exempted from CVEC's payment ?

There are 4 types of students who can be exempted from CVEC's payment:

• You're an Erasmus student (part of the exchange program)
• You benefit from the CROUS / BGF (French government) / Campus France scholarship 
• You benefit from subsidiary aid or specific aid
• You have refugee status or you are registered as an asylum seeker who has a right to remain in the country.

For the year 2022-2023, the refund application campaign is open until May 31, 2023. And to get the refund, you just have to go to the CVEC website
