You are an European student if you have the nationality of one of the European Union countries or the following countries: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Monaco or Andorra. 

You want to apply for the first year of a degree program

It is very simple, you will have to apply directly on the "Parcoursup" platform. You will find the procedure and the application calendar directly on the website. 

You want to apply for a bachelor's degree, a master's degree or a doctorate

You will have to contact directly the institution(s) you are interested in to apply. To help you in your search, Campus France created a booklet where you will find the contact information for French institutions.
