Refusal reasons at Livinfrance


Don't panic, every rejection has its solution 😉

First, we will explain the main reasons of this rejection, then I will explain how to remedy it!

Refusal n°1 : The accommodation is no longer available

At Livinfrance, the reservation processing time is 24 hours, so the room can still be visible on the website during 24 hours after your reservation.

In case you book an accommodation, but another student has booked it before you, and is accepted, then we will have to refuse your request.

Indeed, we operate on a first come, first served basis

A Livinfrance agent will contact you to find you another accommodation similar to your request 💙

Refusal n°2 : The dates are not valid

If your booking is refused due to dates we will tell you which dates the owner has proposed in order to accept your booking.

However, we recommend you to set your reservation no later than 10 days after the date of availability of the room.

A Livinfrance agent will contact you to find another accommodation corresponding to the desired dates 💙

Refusal n°3 : The room no longer meets the Livinfrance specifications

Each of our accommodations are certified by our team so that you can live in the best possible conditions

It's therefore possible that, during the exchanges with the owner about your reservation, the room is no longer in a condition to be rented

A Livinfrance agent will contact you to find you another accommodation similar to your request 💙

Refusal n°4 : Your current situation does not allow you to rent with Livinfrance

The main mission at Livinfrance is to make it easier for foreign students to settle in our country, so that they can have a memorable international experience.

This is why our accommodation is reserved exclusively for international students.
