Before your booking is confirmed, you're free to cancel at any time. If you do, rest assured: your booking fee will be fully refunded.

However, once your booking is confirmed, please be aware that the booking fee becomes non-refundable if you decide to cancel.

Regarding your obligations towards the landlord

• If the contract is signed: You are required to give at least one month's notice before terminating the contract
• If the contract isn't signed: You have no financial obligations towards your landlord
