You need to validate your VLS-TS but don't have a bank card to pay the €100 tax online? No problem.

Go to a tobacconist (bureau de tabac) that sells electronic tax stamps and ask for a timbre fiscal électronique for "titres étrangers" worth €100. Find an equipped tobacconist with the impots.gouv.fr locator.
