How to make an appointment with the CAF?

If you have a question or a problem with your CAF aid, don't wait: appointments can take a while at busy times, such as the start of the academic year.

To make an appointment, log in to your account on caf.fr and use the contact section, or go to the contact page. Choose the reason for your request, then a date, a place and how you'd like to meet: in person, by phone or by video. You will receive a reminder by text or e-mail before your appointment.

You can also call the CAF on 3230, or 09 69 32 52 52 for students.

CAF staff may not speak English. If your French is limited, consider bringing a French-speaking friend.
