The most important things you need to know about us ✨

🏡 Visits

We don't conduct visits. To prioritize our tenants' tranquility and comfort, we avoid imposing multiple visits per day/week. All accommodation details are available on our website. Each offer is certified by LivinFrance before being listed ✅

📆 Minimum rental period

The minimum rental period is one month, but each offer has its own policy regarding the minimum rental period.

💳 Important Terms

Reservation fees enable us to provide quality accommodations and allow you to rent without guarantors.

Rents typically include all charges (water, electricity, internet) and are paid on the 5th of each month. 

Charges, on the page of each housing you will find information about the rental and whether they are included. 

The deposit is refunded at the end of your stay if you return the room without damage ✨

CAF is a financial aid provided by the French government to help you pay your rent

⏳ Procedure Duration

3 minutes to book 

2 business day to get a confirmation from the landlord

Between 1 and 5 business days to receive your lease agreement

3 days to send back your signed lease, make the necessary payments and purchase your home insurance.

2 weeks before your move-in date, arrange your check-in with your landlord

⚠️ Departure process 

Ending your stay is crucial. In France, you must send a letter of instructions to the owner one month before your departure date. We've written an article to guide you ✉️.

🔵 Cancellation policy

You can cancel your reservation anytime until it's accepted, and the reservation fee will be fully refunded. Once accepted, if you wish to cancel, the reservation fee won't be refunded.
