How do I complete my visa application using the Livinfrance housing certificate?

You have obtained our housing certificate, which allows you to apply for a student visa without having to make a definitive reservation, and therefore incur several hundred euros in expenses without being certain of being able to come to France.

Choosing the right section for your application

Livinfrance is a company, and therefore a professional that offers you accommodation, so you need to make sure you choose the right section to fill in. 
You must select the section "Your hotel or accommodation (if different)". 

For the section "an organization is hosting me", you must fill in the information for your school in France.

Be careful not to confuse this with the "A person is hosting me" section, which is useful if a person (not a company) is hosting you, whether free of charge or not.

What supporting documents do I need to add?

When you purchase our housing certificate, it is sufficient on its own, i.e. there is no need to add any other supporting document.

However, we advise you to include an explanatory letter with your housing certificate, explaining why you have decided not to make a reservation but to use our service instead.
