How to do housing insurance within 5 minutes?

Housing insurance,  is mandatory if you are renting an accommodation. 
Here are the things you must respect whenever you are subscribing for it: 

Here are the instructions according to the property you have rented:

• I am renting a room in a flatshare: 
  
  1. Select T2 "1 Bedroom", click on GO, create your account and confirm your email
  2. You can now log yourself on your personal space.
  3. Click on "My home contract", enter your postal address, indicate 2 rooms and 1 person living there. 
  4. The price must be around 8€ a month. 
• I am renting a private apartment: 
  1. Select T1 "Studio" or T2 "1 Bedroom", click on GO, create your account and confirm your email
  2. You can now log yourself on your personal space.
  3. Click on "My home contract", enter your postal address, indicate 1 room if it's a studio or 2 rooms and 1 person living there. 
  4. The price must be around 8€ a month. 

You can select a "monthly contract" or a "year contract". The unused months will be refunded to you.
