How to do housing insurance within 5 minutes?

You just got your apartment, paid your first rent and your security deposit? Well, that's not all! Indeed, to settle in your home with peace of mind, you will also need to take out housing insurance, which I remind you, is mandatory!

• If you have rented a bedroom in a flatshare: 
  
  • Select "Number of room: 1"
  • Type of accommodation: "Bedroom"
  • Number of roommates: "1"
• If you have rented an apartment: 
  • Select the number of room in the property
  • Type of accommodation: "Apartment or Studio"
  • Put the number of roommates you will have 

• Then, you can chose among extra options the company is providing that might interesting. We would recommend to take the burglary, vandalism and glass breakage insurance as well. 
  
  
• Select the starting date of your lease and click on "View rates and guarantees"
  
  
• Once you are ready, confirm the subscription by creating your account. 
  
  

Please, note that you will have a year contract which can be terminated by contacting Studyassur support.
