      I have housing certificate from Livinfrance, but my VISA got decline. What should I do?

      If you have acquired a housing certificate with Livinfrance and unfortunately your VISA got declined, here is some information on the reimbursement.

      First of all, you must first check if you are eligible for reimbursement of the certificate. We will refund it only if the VISA refusal is linked to accommodation.

      Our refund policy is simple:

      • A full refund of the certificate may be requested in the event of visa refusal for reason 5 only

      Thus, if the refusal of your VISA is only related to reason N°5, I invite you to click here in order to request a full refund. Document from the embassy will be requested.  

      If the refusal of your VISA is not only linked to reason N°5, if you apply for a refund, it will be automatically refused.
