How long does it take to receive a reply?

When we receive your application for accommodation, the procedure is as follows:

- Receipt of your application for accommodation

- Submission of your application to the owner

- Receipt of the owner's reply 

This procedure may take several days, depending on how quickly we receive the owner's reply. 

Generally, we receive a reply from the owner within 72 working hours of receiving your application.

You are automatically refunded!

After 7 days without a reply, you will automatically be refunded your booking fee. 

In special cases 

Sometimes you may find yourself in a special situation:

- The owner does not accept your booking dates and offers you a date on which he would accept your booking.

- The owner already has an applicant for the property and is waiting for their reply before confirming or rejecting your application.

- The property is no longer available
