The Livinfrance accommodation certificate refund policy

Our refund policy has been deliberately designed to be clear in order to guarantee fair and equal treatment for all students.

For this reason, we apply the same rules to all requests and cannot grant exceptions, even in specific situations. This approach allows us to ensure transparency, consistency, and equal treatment for all students using Livinfrance services.

Our refund policy is clear:

  • A full refund of the accommodation certificate can be requested only in the event of a visa refusal under Reason No. 5. An official document from the embassy will be required.

  • If your visa refusal includes multiple reasons (and not exclusively Reason No. 5), no refund can be granted.

  • Your accommodation certificate must have been effectively used in your visa application for the refund to be accepted.

  • The accommodation certificate must still be valid at the time the refund request is submitted.

Important: The housing certificate must be valid at the time of the refund request. If the certificate has expired before the request, it will not be considered for a refund.

Also, if your visa refusal isn't exclusively due to reason No. 5, any refund request made will be denied.
