If you've obtained a housing certificate through Livinfrance and have faced the unfortunate event of a visa rejection, here's what you need to know about getting a refund for the certificate.

First things first, you'll need to check if you're eligible for a refund of the certificate. We offer refunds for the certificate if the visa refusal is specifically related to the housing aspect.

Our refund policy is straightforward:

A full refund of the certificate can be requested in the event of a visa refusal for reason number 5 only. Therefore, if your visa refusal is solely due to reason No. 5, we invite you to click here to initiate the refund request by submitting the embassy's document to us.

If your visa refusal isn't exclusively due to reason No. 5, any refund request made will be denied.
