I can't log in anymore, what should I do?

Can't log in? Here are the most common fixes ✨

You don't have a French social security number yet. When you created your CAF account, the CAF should have sent you a temporary identification number by text or e-mail. Use it to log in. If you didn't receive it or lost it, use the "forgotten number" option on the login page so that the CAF sends it again.

Your password doesn't work. Use the "forgotten password" option on the login page to receive a new one.
