I can't log in anymore, what should I do?

If you can't log in, there must surely be a reason! We'll tell you how to fix it ✨

I don't have a social security number

After creating your CAF account, you must have received a temporary identification number starting with a P, by text message or email.

If this is the case, just click on "I have a temporary ID" to log in!

If you have not received it or if you have forgotten it, you can always click on "I have forgotten my provisional identification number" so that the CAF sends it to you again.

My password does not work

If you can't find your password or think that there was an error when you entered your password, the easiest way is to ask the CAF to send you a new one by clicking on "Forgot your password"
